Play Music With Us
We have many programs available for anyone who would like to play music with the community. Your skill level or knowledge of music doesn’t matter here – everyone is welcome to join us as we practice and perform!
Community Orchestra
An orchestra for everyone! Experienced musicians come together with beginners or those that haven’t played for a long time, creating a nurturing and teaching environment that helps each member to grow, learn, be inspired, and enjoy making music.
All are welcome – there are no auditions. Instruments and lessons are provided where needed to make sure that everyone gets an opportunity to take part. We also host a weekly jam session for orchestral instruments for those that are not able to make a commitment to weekly rehearsals.
Community Choir
The choir welcomes people that can’t sing, can’t read music and have no musical training. Music is chosen carefully to be within the grasp of beginners.
There are no auditions – everyone is welcome to experience the joy of belonging to a musical community.
Meetup & Jam
Join us every Friday (yes, every single Friday, even on holidays) from 6:30-8:00pm at the Community Music Alliance for a fun jam session where you can learn from other musicians, share tips, and meet CMA members.
We provide: PA system, keyboard, a full drum kit, guitar and bass amps, and microphones. Feel free to bring your guitar or other instrument.
